ND, SD, and Nebraska traditionally have had a good business climate. Why are ND and SD losing population and business and NE growing very slowly? Think about it, Tim.....I am sure you can figure out the answer.

Good times don't last for decade after decade after decade

The continual losses in jobs indicate a poor business climate. (Which doesn't always have to mean a poor business climate do to government factors, government isn't the sole determinant of the business climate, not by far, not even in these days of interventionist government)
