The more I think about this, the more optomistic I become. Apparently, this was voted on by the board at their meeting on 12/23/09, one week before the end of the fiscal year. The BOD's would have known what the year end numbers look like, yet they chose to proceed with "only" a 2 for 1 split, knowing full well they had to get the share price up to $3.00.

Like I said yesterday, either they have some great numbers in the pipeline or are dumb as rocks.
