Not so fast, Lee. I'm waiting with baited breath for the "Guess the day zitel hits $5" contest. My guess is early December.

As for the investor lawsuit contest.... can you provide an estimate of the prize fund? If it is sufficiently large, any one of us could buy a share of Zitel (overpaying approx. $14.63, based on the current ask,) and sue!
;-)

Seriously, I would not be too surprized if there *is* a class action suit filed sometime in Feb. or March, 1998 -- after the next glorious conference call and 10Q with Jack (capital "j") and without jack (small "j")
;-)

Good luck (getting shares to short.....)
RB

Great idea. My contest has been a bust. I believe only 4 entries. I predict Dec 7, 1997, a day that will live in zitl infamy.
