I think Prechter has missed his call.

I think Elliott would criticise his read.

We have lived through the worst correction in two generation.

We've outlived even the Kondrtaieff cycle !

March 2009 was the end of a bear market.

We have entered our first 5 leg wave 1 - I think last week and today is the start of the 5th leg of the first major wave of a 5 wave impulse up thst will tske years to complete.

The second wave will retrace most of the first wave - so it WILL be important to sell at this leg's top area.

That being said ,the retrace will not be like a suckers wave up on an B wave of an ABC wave corrective.

When the dollar is weak and high quality companies can be bought with depreciated dollars - the price will he appropriately high to compensate for the ownership of the future cash flow of companies that have competitive products that attract global demand - especially in cheap dollar terms.

Just as gold will inflate its value in an inflationary environment - so too will dynamic debt free comapnies that sell to the global markets proprietary products that cannot be copied by low tech manufacturers like autos and clothing.

If you look at who is making Apples products and how they reduce their margins to put their peoples to work for the lowest of margins and pay scales - the winners are not the manufacturers - they are the creators and the owners of the company the creates the innovative products i.e. AAPL's stockholders.

Apples capitalization is about to surpass Microssft's.

There is no fear of inflation within the common stockholders of Apple.

In fact deflation helps make their brilliant inventions more ubuquitous by being cheaper and easier for more to obtain.

We all can point out unique market inequities at any given point in time.

The key is to see where the real money is being made and be ahead of it.

When everyone is in gridlock making cars for the globes many millions.Vastly greater wealth will be created by technology entrpeneurs who do what the masses cannot do.

If our Dollar deflates - the value of our truly national treasures(corporations) will inflate to protect the value of those innovative firms that are true margin creators and value makers.

It is not where all the competition will be - that is for sure.

It is important not to get lost by the actions of the many and to align yourself with the actions of those creating huge wealth.

Government high frequency stats are just noise - go where the money is being made.
