Why would the quality of healthcare effect[sic] life expectancy?

It affects it but very much marginally.

Other things have much greater effect -- such as what we eat, smoke, drink, drive, etc.

Haven't we covered this about 50 times? Why can you not grasp this rather obvious fact?

How many times will you keep telling us its just one of several factors and not that important when, in fact, the quality of health care is very important in terms of life expectancy? When one who is not corrupted by your ideology, it is very clear that the quality of our health care for the general population is poor compared to other countries and is hurting life expectancy in this country.
