Bill It is a free call (Kind-of)
When the Tempest is used with a companys net that is already in
use for data transfer, fax etc. The company is using and paying
for these connections for data, then just add some tempests and this
net will carry (free phone calls) This is how I understand one way
the tempest can be used. Of course there is the initial cost of tempest etc. BUT it is pretty close to a free lunch when compared
to monthly long distance bills!
