Ted, > See if you can watch a rerun online of last nite's AC360. They went through Cheney's lies one by one.

LOL, and yet they don't go through Obama's lies one-by-one.

CNN is such a joke these days. It's almost as bad as FOXNews.

>> They went through Cheney's lies one by one. Maddow has done the same.

These are liberal idiots spitting out superficial talking points.

It is absurd, for example, for Maddow to claim, "Oh, well, why didn't they treat Richard Reid the same?" Or, "It took BUSH six days to comment on the shoe bomber, an IDENTICAL case".

This is child-like. There is little similarity between the two circumstances, other than the name of the explosive. In particular, when this occurred, there was no infrastructure for handling anything OTHER than as a criminal situation.

It was only after the Bush administration LEARNED from THEIR mistakes and those of their predecessor that the approach of treating these people as enemies became feasible.

It is like a bunch of 14-year-olds running the show. Bush learned from his own mistakes and those of Clinton. But Obama is determined to REPEAT the mistakes of both. That's the bottom line.
