I see, right out of the lib playbook. Milk an industry dry, break it, bankrupt it and then blame the guys at the top. On top of that take what little is left in the form of medical and pensions in perpetuity. No wonder we have little chance vs the Chinese.

Is management at fault? Sure they are. For letting this happen.

You have an employee.....he's not doing his job......whose your boss going to blame.....you or the employee. In the normal world, the buck stops with the manager, not the employee.

Frankly, the level of incompetency must have been pretty high at GM for them to sign union contracts that made it difficult for them to make money. However, given the way they ran the rest of their business.....crap cars, poorly designed cars, uncompetitive cars......its not surprising.

And then you winger yahoos sit here and defend their incompetency and try to blame it on the workers. Hell, if our positions were reversed you be all over me for being a soft lib.

Instead of playing the blame game, you all need to figure out why you are not looking too good......damaging and senseless wars, out of control corruption, economic panics, huge budget deficits, yahoo politicians....My God, you all are actually thinking of running Palin for president.......then get back to me.
