LOL. It lacks substance only to those who focus only on fighting wars for oil to create more terrorists and finance them with US oil money. For those of us American patriots who want oil independence and want a cleaner environment, it had a lot of meaning. Then again, bullies were never know for having more than 2 brain cells. The GOP is full of bullies.
