RE: SyQuest Announces SparQ - $199 1GB Drive - $33 Cartridges. It looks like it's true! (I'm actually somewhat surprised.) Here's the release: biz.yahoo.com They say it's set to ship this month. It's available in Parallel and EIDE only. They don't mention the speed (other than to say "hard drive speed"). Here's the link on their site: syquest.com It looks like Zip-speed. And this is kind of interesting... The drive has a one year warranty and the cartridges have a five year warranty. - Michael Coley - i1.net

He laughed and goaded me to the point where I sold my trading shares right in front of him for about a point profit. Within 15 minutes, it was up a half a point, and in the next day, up over a point. Now that he's in IOM, he desperately wants me to sell. In fact, all 3 of the guys in IOM at work want me to sell. But I decided you all will just have to sweat for your IOM gains from now on, like I do. <g>
