Of course there is no evidence he ever "lied" about WMDs. But even if there were I don't think it is a crime for which a person can be jailed. Maybe. But it is a moot point since no lies were told.


Whether its a criminal act or not, I would let the courts decide and that's what I wanted Obama to do. I suspect that Cheney's misdoings go deeper that just WMDs with his connections to Blackwater and Halliburton. That stuff needs to see the light of day so people in this country don't think he is anywhere near the patriot he wants everyone to believe......including people like you.
