John, Schwab asures me that I am buying the new company. According to Schwab, there is no requirement that any ratios be applied to the old price. We have a market system and the market will decide how much the company called APTX should sell for. Logically, it should be 10x the old company but the market is not logical. My Schwab rep semed surprise that we were expecting an "automatic" 10x or higher adjustment. Hope he is wrong but doesn't appear that way.
