So where exactly is that buck supposed stop, Mr. President? The President just got off his podium talking about how "My Security Team" has done thus and so, and that although we had all the intelligence needed to intercept the would-be bomber on 12/25, nobody connected the dots. Not withstanding that it's OUR Security Team, not his, our President has accepted no responsibility for this incident. He said "The American people deserve security, and as President I will demand no less." Or something to that effect. Then he concluded by announcing something like "Well, maybe we won't release any more GITMO terrorists to Yemen, we're still by God going to close GITMO." As if closing GITMO had some kind of magical precedence over everything. It's really hard to believe this guy.
