This should be the week for the IPO of NCES. It will be interesting to see how the market accepts a $250mm valuation ($11-13/share). I assume today's announcement of NCES earnings is intended to set the stage for a successful IPO.

Todd,

NOV down to 12 5/8 on decent volume.........who died?

dljdirect.com

Still need to check the longer term charts. We could be flirting with a breakdown under the 200day.

Todd,

I scrounged up this chart, but not soon enough to add to my last post. It shows the 200day concern I have. Sure hope we close above 12 7/8. If we do, I'll probably wish I added at 12 5/8 <g>, but, then again, maybe not. I still don't like the volume here. Could this activity be related to NCES? There's no reason to sell NOV to get NCES if NOV will still hold 77% of NCES, imho, or am I missing something here?

TIA,
E
