Yes, it's a very large market. But, there are many players in it and more coming. Also, the lack of bandwidth to serve the market is starting to become a major problem. So,I believe the market is heading into turbulent times.

Players such as Palm may not make it. Look at the PC market. As Kemble would say, "someday Dell will own it all". Now, they are number three in the PC market. Companies like Compaq, Leading Edge, Packard Bell, etc., are gone. The same thing will happen in the smart phone market. It's just a matter of time.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out with Apple, Rimm and now Google.
