In early England, people were used to bundling up in multiple layers of clothes with high top shoes and scarfs, mittens and hats in their own homes because there was little way to keep warm other than clothing. So here we are in Virginia, a stones throw from the White House-------people are bundling up in and out of their houses. I have revived a couple of old fur hats not worn in years-----resurrected some afghan crocheted throws from my Aunts that I rarely use, for in the house. One simply cannot sit down without extra coverage for any length of time. In the 20's now with windchills in the teens! Rest of the week is predicted to be more of the same. mj's tip of the day------stay hydrated----,
