yes, but remember that the "trigger clause" (number of days above trigger price) does not require automatic action.It merely functions as a "tripwire". I will do some reading and come back on the finer point when I get back to office

part of my message was cut off: The trigger price is .90. If we trade above it for 20 consecutive days, then the company may, at it;s option, notify holders by mail . I think at that point, there is a 30 day period that elapses. As I said earlier, out of office without any info on that
