It's the entire liberal and progressive movement in this country... instead of helping people get started, these programs make people lifetime dependents on government... at the end of the day, the government will not be able to carry to load and it finally collapses, and this is what we're witnessing today with TARP, bailouts, and so on... obama is a student of this dangerous philosophy and there are some of these thinkers also in the Republican party, the liberal Republicans such as mccain... Benjamin Franklin said, "If you want to motivate a poor man out of poverty, then make it uncomfortable for him to be poor." obumble is practicing the worst kind of politics, plantation politics, by making sure the poor remain poor all their lives and dependent on their plantation master, the federal government, for their basic needs... meanwhile, he has every opportunity to set an example and show that anyone can succeed at anything if only they pull themselves up and make a legitimate effort to achieve their dreams... this is an American tragedy, a black man as President continues to keep blacks and all minorities enslaved with empty government promises... this is the biggest disgrace of all...
