Certain metrics change this bearish stance; just not in yet.

British Pound broke big downside technical s in past week; some nasty news soon will force the correction.

I may be a bit early, but bought a few IWM Feb $61 puts to hedge about 50% of my long positions. Cheap insurance before Friday jobs report, January effect...

FWIW, this is not very inspiring for US dollar bulls.
A new COT speculator LONG record, so quickly. This
is more of a sentiment value, since the value of USD
is mostly determined by EUR/USD pair trading. That said,
the ramp of spec long positions in such a short time is
truly amazing. From short in December to record long now.

P.S. I don't think gold is going to 700, or will see prices
below 1K ever again. More likely the correction is over and
gold is headed to new all time highs

This week both a REIT and Real Estate based index are setting up to have complete weekly candles below the uptrend line...

This would be a first off the March lows, see how it closes.
