(Perhaps you should 'defend sentencing children to failed schools' if YOU are opposing the President's plan which permits: a) Parents to remove their kids from failing schools, B) School systems to more easily close failing schools and, C) incentive pay for good teachers - coupled with easier firing of ineffective teachers....)
