needs to cut back consumption and stay on a diet for a long time. Agree completely... been my line for a long time.. however a too strong dollar cuts exports from the US.. We are nearing a good balance point here on USD while everybody else gets used to not having the US to consume everything they produce.. A strong dollar upsets the apple cart..

appreciate your moderate viewpoint though :O)
