I understand it perfectly as I think Schwab does too. Unless LUNN filed a fraudulent 8K with the SEC (which I doubt they did), we all own 1 share of ATPX, which opened at approximately the same price as LUNN closed at on Friday)for every 10 shares LUNN we held before open today. I owned 1000 shares of LUNN at about $1.50 for a $1500 investment. At open this morning, I owned 100 shares of ATPX whcih was trading at about $1.50 for a $150 investment. I bought more because I think it will rise but we are all deep in the hole at prsent.
