I have found his past information to be right on the money. Pierre, what are you claiming to be the situation. Although I am a tax attorney and not a securities attorney, I know a little about the area. Shares must be converted prior to the opening so you do have 1/10 of what you had on Friday valued at whatever buyers and sellers of the stock want to value it at. Do you expect NASDAQ to call the MMS and tell them to adjust the price? Please explain your belief at to what is going on.
