there were other issues involved in Iraq than a desire to steal their oil?

We were working to enable China to steal their oil.

Sure it was. They fabricated a pretext to go for war. They played on our deepest fears of WMD and Al Qaeda and we all went along, because they scared the hell out of us. Remember Condoleeza Rice, which I always liked btw, telling us that the first warning sign we'll get is a mushroom cloud and that Iraq was the nexus of nuclear bombs and terrorism and was the central front on the war on terror. I remember it well, because I bought it hook, line, and sinker, and I was 100% Bush and all his cronies at that time. That's why I'm so anti-GOP now. I was suckered so bad. They made me feel like a fool for supporting their venal, destructive leadership. They played me like a fiddle, and evidently, they are still playing you and others like you.
