Kerm started liking HRP a year or so ago, if I recall correctly. It made the spec. list when they closed the deal to sell properties to wipe out their debt. I wondered about the financing issue Hemy mentioned, too -- if they're using bank financing, what happened to all the cash? I've had a small position for a while, and needless to say haven't been very impressed. Hemy's comments are pretty damning -- no offense, but as a shareholder I hope he's wrong.
