No.. the REAL TRAVESTY was that most of the Bin Ladin family had been granted diplomatic passports in 1996 (Clinton Administration): historycommons.org newamerica.net Most people don't know this. But that's why Richard Clarke was apparently put in charge of getting them out of the US before there was any chance to have them detained and questioned. Can't detain diplomats. Oh.. and guess who just received full diplomatic status a few weeks ago? Interpol Agents.
