But you never even bothered to actually ESTABLISH anything.... Whereas the three big ingredients of the President's education plan (that I DID BOTHER to list... <g>): A) new legal ability for parents to pull their kids out of failing schools. B) new legal encouragement for school systems to CLOSE failing schools. And, C) A crack in the door against the teacher unions: establishment of incentive pay increases for good teachers, coupled with easier firing of bad teachers.... Are all documented. (And I took the time , unlike you, to actually list and document them. And they are NATIONAL in import, not merely local. :-)
