It is certainly like a completely different flying experience than I get when I traveled. I've related my experience and how many times I've been interviewed. How many people are coming here through Africa and intermediate way-points get dialed in by family members? When middle aged native born Americans start bombing planes, we would look at them disproportionately. Pan-African or Middle Easterners don't seem like they are likely to start using Swedish Bikini Team mules with exploding implants to avoid their profile. I also don't see how terrorists are ever going to recruit into my American business traveler profile. It suggests that we need to be limiting how many of the half million people on our list are NOT profiled. I will go back to my default analysis which asks "Why is this happening to us?" Our foreign policy. If we were to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, our politics and adventurism would change too. The supply of would-be bombers will decrease when we stop having a military presence in Muslim countries. This is what creates the market for bombers.

Yes, I agree those are facts, and I spoke without clarity. What I was referring to was the conspiracy allegation itself, which was not a "fact". It was simply that I couldn't see how the actual facts of the situation supported the allegation in any way, shape, or form. And it is this taking of facts and distorting them to support some cockamamie conspiracy theory that has been prevalent through the years on right wing radio that annoys me to see happening on a progressive radio show.
