But I don't even KNOW what the heck that is or was..... WHAT was it? (How funded? How big? What did it do? How does or did it rank up to whatever is happening on the much LARGER national scene? etc.) The President's new national education plan (containing the three features I have listed here several times --- including it's tack against what the teachers union wants) has been accepted in dozens of states already. so it will be effecting MILLIONS of children. How does this thing that you are talking about measure-up in scale? And, HOW THE HELL does going against what the unions want turn in your mind into 'supporting the union'???????? :-)
