WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!! OK...My broker called (w/ me listening in) Jean Cavvallo @ the DTC ....She couldn't get off the phone fast enough! They have 'assigned' a new employee to respond to RMIL requests. His name is Don Kelly, his ext.# is 516-227-4012. He seems clueless and informed my broker he was new. He said the chill was OFF RMIL, yet, he admiited that orders could not be filled due to no inventory. He also could not answer where the DTC would get new certs and my broker was quite relentless in his quest for an answer. Jean will not speak to us or anyone about RMIL. Don has been assigned that duty. After we spoke to Don, he called his own brokerage and was told "BS!!" This woman, from WHEAT SECURITIES called and was told the "CHILL" is still on!! We called back to the DTC and Don was unavailable. Don seems clueless...I want to know what others found out...We are getting 2 answers, but each source AGREES, the DTC has ZERO certificates to fill our orders!, Pugs
