I agree....the problem is that we have created a culture that embraces entitlement. There are too many people who won't go for austrian economics because it requires fiscal responsibility and fiscal responsibility means that people have to give up all of the free shit they think they are getting. Maybe if we can show the minorities how the entitlement system has been designed to limit their ability to make their lives better and to keep them as perpetual victims. Then maybe we could see some change at the cultural level.
