Problem is, you can't even abandon it. I'd consider deeding my timehare back to the Association, but I doubt they'd take it. I'd consider just stopping payment of the maintenance fees and then let them take it for the fees, but instead what they do is turn the account over to collection.

I don't understand why you can't sell it. It is a tangible piece of property isn't it?
