Mary -

That's the same Darrell Issa who financed the petition campaign to have Governor Gray Davis recalled here in California, leading to the election of Governor Schwarzenegger as his replacement.

Issa had hoped to win the governorship himself, but couldn't compete with Arnold's star power.

I don't know if its the same Darrell Issa or not.

But it won't matter to me if it is. Geithner either did or did not do what he's accused of.....his actions will stand alone regardless of who or what prompted the investigation.
