That is not a huge step from just picking people up and jailing them indefinitely which is what Obama and Holder are planning to do with those who can't be guaranteed a conviction.

You know, there is more to the Constitution than the second amendment.


You are seriously confused - they were picked up on the battlefield, they have no constitutional rights and we have a military trial process in place to convict and sentence them to death if found guilty.

But yeah - I wish we would have shot them on the battlefield - would have been less trouble.

PS: Wishy wasy barry is only trying some in the usa and other via the military process - how do you explain his inconsistency there? Then there's the Yemen reinforcements he decided to not send home - what's that all about - keeping gitmo open for good now?
