We all know it's just to put Bush/Cheney on trial and has nothing to do with trying terrorists. Of course that's what it is. That little pantybomb episode made the obama admin do a quick backward 2-step about releasing anymore Gitmoers to Yemen. As usual whenever something like this happens, the government punishes Americans with more inconveniences and intrusions. When obama took his wife out to dinner in NYC, they shut the city down. They flew in over 1000 staffers to coordinate his movements 4 days in advance. They tied up the NYPD and pissed off everyone who lived or worked in that part of town. When this trial starts, if it starts, that's going to be an ongoing daily happening and people are going to be screaming about it. Something else is going to happen and Robert Gibb will be up there flapping that the trial had to be moved to a more secure location. The NY pols are already making a stink about it.
