Didn't Obama promise to repeal Bushes tax cuts? Yet he let the estate tax dissappear in 2010 (from 46%, to zero only to return in 2011)). Unless now Congress changes it retroactively. This oversite will cost the coffers $14 Billion in revenue. Certainly not fair to estates that had to pay it.

Yeah I know, but I thought it was interesting to see that union health plans can be categorized as "Cadillac plans."
