The higher T stock goes the more likely T makes a bid for GTE. The higher MCI's price goes the lower GTEprice falls. The more GTE's stock falls, the higher the probilities are that T makes a bid for GTE.

Look at the phone index . All the bells relative strength is getting better or stonger except for GTE. The market thinks this deal is stupid.Thats because it is stupid. OK Lee , tell us one more time. How does this deal work?
