Considering that Holder's old law firm has been defending gitmo detainees and getting them released, I am sure there is no kickback going on here.

and it's amazing just how much the press has spiked this part of the story.

Frankly, I consider it aiding and abetting the enemy.

It just depends on what you're after....

If you're wanting justice...pretty stupid.

However, if you're wanting to continue to take down this country it is brilliant.

1.) You can bring the past administration into the mix and decimate the intelligence agencies involved.

2.) Also, if you can get a conviction with the bypassing of Miranda, chain-of-custody and all of the other rights of citizens. Then you have set precedence for these rights to be lost for all.

It is a lose/lose situation all the way around for 'the people'.

I'm not a lawyer, so all of the above is my opinion only.
