I think he is wrong in this. Now, I can understand it, the situation is probably that they have enough evidence to convict the ones being tried in public, while with the rest they don't or the evidence is tainted.

Which implies a military court would/could convict faster, easier and at less cost - so there must be another barry agenda - wonder what that could be?

New Yorkers don't want the trial, the big Dem mayor said as much already.

It's a show trial at great expense, risk and with an unknowable outcome - worse it's probably political and can only serve to harm our intelligence organizations, not that they don't deserve some scorn, but they sure don't need public beatings - their issues need to be fixed and this is not the way to accomplish that.
