Most adamant zealots won't go that far, the Tim McVeights of the this world being the exception.

One would think so.

But again, I see the economy as being the wild card.

If the crap really hits the fan and the nation starts looking like a set from The Road, all bets are off.

Admittedly, though, another long shot.

On the sabotage front, they would be hard pressed not to injure or kill other ordinary citizens.

I think this is the most likely outcome if the movement truly does become militarized.

Widespread domestic sabotage would be practically impossible to control without resorting to a full police state lockdown.

And I'd expect the movement to differentiate between its own and the Others, with a number of members more than eager to wipe out a nest of libruls.
