It amazes me that the UMWA (united mine workers of america) supports obama.

Sure Obama supports unions, but a union isn't much good if the workers are put out of a job.

You can't even count on people to act in their own best interest anymore.

Obama said during the campaign that he was going to bankrupt the coal industry, and he appears to be well on his way.


He said a lot of things on the campaign trail that are turning out to be lies. Let's hope this is one of them.
