There is nothing contractural which guarantees a higher price. The only guarantee is that we will have 90% less shares. The combined company will earn, in 1997, IMHO, .94. I believe that this is the deal of the century, and loading up the truck with ATPX is smart. I've bought 2000 shares of ATPX, and will be buying more. Worst case, it's a hedge against my losses in LUNN. Best case, it's the chance for a 10 bagger in short order.
