We dropped Qwest for phone last year and went with the "Charter Bundle" - phone, internet and cable. The phone is about $30/month for unlimited local and in-county LD. That still is a bit steep in my opinion. I also want to drop some of the cable services - the movies are horrible. I wish they'd offer a la carte choices so you can pick and pay for just the channels you watch.
