Such comparisons are inherently subjective.

Looking at the text in your post I see the things they praises some other countries for matter a lot when your visiting (culture, sites, food etc.), while the things the US does highly in convenience, cost of living (compared to other very rich countries), matter more specifically to someone living in the country (not that we don't have a huge selection of good food, sites to see etc.)

Looking at the specific rankings some of them seem pretty off. They rate many countries that are less free than the US at 100 for freedom while giving the US 92, and ranking the US below Cuba for health is ridiculous, still even with those lower relative ranks they rank the US close to the top (#7 but the scores for all the countries near the top are bunched together).
