I guess that repeated diversion and dodging actually is some pretty clear evidence that you may not be capable (or certainly willing) of responding on-point on this topic, or able to answer even any of the simple questions I asked to try to find out what you supposedly were referring to.... Like: WHAT was it (that 'D.C. thing' you were talking about)? How big? How funded? What did it do? How does or did it rank up to whatever is happening on the much LARGER national scene? etc.) OK... if you don't want to provide any useful information to help explain what you were talking about (and only want to blare 'music videos') well then that's that. No sense in trying to engage you on the subject any further since it obviously would just be a waste of time.
