That would be an opening to suggest solutions, but I understand where you're coming from. I'm watching District 9 right now. It is the perfect illustration of what can happen when you don't trust before you verify. Liberals taking in malnourished and "aimless" aliens, who just happened to end up hovering over Johannesburg in their giant space ship. The local authorities set up a sort of refugee camp. When the aliens become stronger after being treated and fed they start taking advantage of their hosts. The locals become angry in the out of control situation. The leaders are demanding the aliens sign a non-violent treaty. It's not working.........they've called in the military. One guy actually stands on his soap box and tells them it isn't their land and he's sorry, but they must go. They're looking for a nation that will take them. LOL
