I have been drinking 6 cups of green tea for 15 years. I believe it stopped my arthritus in its tracks. As research has shown it can do. Powerful anti inflammatory.

I do not even need to take pain medication although my fingers are showing some signs of crippling, but not too bad.

15 years ago I started to notice pain in my hands whereby one rubs ther hands. Then by pure luck one of my science magazines had a study done with green tea and arthritus. The study showed it pretty much stopped the progrssion of arthritus in rats.

I also eat a lot of salmon as it also has powerful anti inflammatory properties. It also stops heart fibrillation, but they do not know why. And probably helps prevent heart attakcs.

In the summer I can get freash salmon. In the winter I buy canned red salmon (more omega 3's) and tasts better than pink. I put the can in a bowl and add some mayonaise, relish, pepper, lots of mild chopped onions, a little dill and garlic powder.

Mix it up and eat it for dinner. I do not cook it further. doesn't taste as good if I do.
