With Dems in power, we knew that was coming... -ng- In general, more restrictive gun ownership is not undemocratic, but it restricts the right to bear arms provided by US Constitution. Not selling a gun to crazy people is probably a good thing -g- I'd personally prefer the govt to leave the gun issue alone. Most countries around the globe choose outlaw gun ownership because of crime issues, which this Bill attempts to solve. That said, when they did it in Oz, crime doubled.
