So what would the letter say? Simply that they are no longer participating in Medicare, period? Surely that would provoke a lot of phone calls. To avoid them, does it say "we will miss you but bye-bye" as a close out or does it say "if you want to continue to be our patient, here's what you can do"? Or what?
