The last time I visited the demotologist it was like that. You filled out a lengthy questionaire and eventually were ushered into a room. Quite a while later a nurse came in for three or four minutes. Out she went after clarifying answers.

Fifteen minutes later the nurse and doctor appeared. After about two minutes the consultation was done. It was $45. This lead me to figure the doctor could bill over $1000 per hour when they were running full and operating at peak efficiency.
